RIVER. TWENTY ONE. STRAIGHT. SENIOR
River comes from a family that owns nightclubs all over the world. This is that spoiled extremely wealthy kid who never bothered to talk to anyone because he already had friends in all the right places. He’s from New York, so he has that hot accent all the French girls seem to go dizzy over, including the All-American looks that make it completely impossible to resist him.
He has charm. No one can argue that. He knows how to treat a girl so right that she’ll fall head over heels for him in less than five minutes. Of course, once the night is over so will his interest be and she’ll have been just another entry in his black book. Some girls get over him in the fact that they absolutely hate him, others weep because they’re still in love with him.
However, he isn’t purely an asshole, I promise. He loves seeing the beauty in things and is oft to sketch and paint his surroundings. He loves to read into (literally) and experience the world around him. Additionally, poetry is another one of his passions. How can such a artist not have a sensitive side? The problem is he rarely shows it. It’s a weakness for him after all, and he prefers to always keep on the bad playboy mask permanently.
The thing is, this guy has conflicting emotions and almost a split personality. The key is to find the sweetheart hidden underneath all the rich boy layers that are covering it up. Maybe there’s a girl out there that can do it, maybe not.

Scarlett is a bitch. Plain and simple. She doesn’t care who you are or where you’re from, she’s the kind of girl who knows she’s better than everyone else and flaunts it like crazy. She’s used to getting everything she wants, and you can sure bet she won’t settle for anything less.
She’s the girl you always wanted to be, but hated to the core. That girl whose desired and loved for her looks and power--not her personality. But, if you are one of her friends, she’ll defend you until the ends of the earth and do anything for you. That’s one of the benefits of being close to her that’s for sure: protection.
When it comes to relationships, she’s always on the lookout for steadiness. Someone who will protect her and with whom she can open up to. It’s too bad hardly any guys approach her since she’s so cut throat.

PENNY. EIGHTEEN. BISEXUAL. FRESHMAN
Penelope is pretty much a poodle if one were to compare her to a dog. She’s extremely perverted, super slutty, and completely and totally full of herself and her abilities. But, underneath her tough exterior, is a complete loss of confidence. She has no self esteem whatsoever.
She’s a scholarship student. That fact alone has always made her feel less of a person since everyone around her is so much more...rich and wealthy. It seems as if the entire university has a parent on the front cover of Forbes or Vogue. She comes from the small town of Normandy, a farm nonetheless.
Her father died when she was very young of a heart attack, and it is because of that reason that she desires to become a cardiac surgeon. Just goes to show you, that she really does have a heart.
As far as relationships go, she’s blown back and forth between wanting to find someone to fall head over heels for, and feeling as though there is absolutely no such thing as love. She’s cheated on every single guy she’s ever been with, and has never had a relationship that’s lasted longer than three months. She uses guys for the money--the definition of a gold digger. But in the end, she just wants someone who will show her what she’s been looking for.

well i don't know about these two..... eli sees the good in everyone, so maybe she believes that somewhere deep down his ass like behaviours, there's a good guy buried deep. she wears her heart on her sleeves, but she can also be a bitch at times if she wanted to be or if you catch her on a bad day- which is rare. i don't see eli hating him, but i don't see her really liking him either. she's a positive thinker, so maybe she could be the one who tries to bring out his sweet side? idk.

hmmmm. well it looks like it's a fork in the road when it comes to scarlett. well either she'll hate that eli is a total sweetheart and only sees the good in people, but occasionally acts like a bitch. or she'll be the protective type over eli. she doesn't usually like to get on people's bad side, but it opens up for more drama. but, really, it's up to you haha.
penelope && elikolani
with penny, i think eli would be very tempted to be her confidence. she's the kind of person to remind everyone why they're so great, pointing out only the good things in people and never the bad things. so i can see eli looking out for penny. kind of like an older sister protective type. she'd be there for penny whenever she needs it- even if it's three in the morning just for a talk. but yeah. it sucks. if you have anything in mind, feel free to tell me xP

River & Ceridwyn[/color] I think these two could be friends. Maybe as freshmen, he tried to go after her but she wasn't interested...or maybe there was a fling of some sort?
Scarlett & Jason[/color] Unless she's a party girl, Im not so sure how these two would know each other. I don't see Jason as being necessarily on good terms with her; He'd be put off by her attitude, since he's more of a laid back guy. It would really irk him to have some "little girl" looking down on him and he'd try to give her space.
Scarlett & Ceridwyn[/color] I'm thinking more like enemies for this one. I can see Scarlett pissing off Ceri way too easily with her better-than-thou attitude and theres a good chance that she could push her over the edge. Or, alternately, they could be friends xD Shopping buddies. Perhaps they fought in the past but have made their way through that. Ceri would have gotten to the point of seeing through and/or ignoring Scar's behavior.

They're both in medicine, albeit different specialties as Ceri is going into pediatrics, both are rather perverted in nature, and though Ceridwyn isn't a scholarship student, she isn't exactly rich either. She could help Penny raise her self-esteem and be someone to talk to when she needs it.

ELI: hmm, I feel like they'd just be good friends with the occasional flirt to them.
JASON: he doesn't exactly do drugs, but he throws wild and massive parties...I'm thinking he would definitely visit Jason to stock up on these things, but other than just simple nods and waves, they wouldn't be anything.

river & adam;;I was thinking unlikely friends, maybe? They're in the same year, and probably have seen each other around campus and what not. Adam wouldn't be rude to him, but disapproving of the way he goes through girls. Not sure what else... Add/subtract?
scarlett & adam;;Scarlett would probably slightly intimidate Adam. But if they were ever put into the situation where they would have to talk, he wouldn't be mean or anything. He'd try to be friendly and go by however she reacted to him. Add/subtract?

River & CassiePerhaps she's one of the girls he could never get? Cass doesn't sleep around and is definitely more of the long-term relationship type and would have steered clear of him as much as possible in that way.
