LA COLLINE
want to get away from all the drama of society and late night cram sessions for tomorrow‘s exam? or perhaps get your significant other in the mood for some playing around in the backseat of a car? well, “the hill“ as it is nicknamed is the perfect place. here, at the top of paris, one will be sure that they won‘t be found while they can see everything. yet, that isn‘t necessarily a good thing all the time.

a beautiful hotel with five star haute cuisine restaurants and rooms, among the best-known of the latter are the eiffel penthouse suite, with its stunning views of the tower, the city and the seine; and the royal suite. other amenities include a sauna and steam room.

thousands of dollars of ware grace the shelves of this store under the label of one of france‘s most renowned artistes in the fashion industry. many students save years worth of work to own a single scarf, while others hawk everything in sight thanks to their wealthy parents. one thing is for sure, if you‘re working here--it‘s not very likely that you can afford any of the items.

THÉTRE DES CHAMPS ÉLYSÉES
the theatre shows about three staged opera productions a year, mostly baroque or small-orchestra pieces, in accordance with the moderate size of its stage and orchestra pit. the same building also houses the smaller comédie des champs-élysées theatre on the 3rd floor and the studio des champs-élysées on the 5th floor.
