Woah, Mona Lisa, I'd pay to see you frown He senses something, call it desperation Another dollar, another day And if she had the proper words to say, ( She would tell him But she'd have nothing left to sell him --------------- ! ) danny wasn't the kind of guy to skip to the library for a few books to read every week. on the contrary, he was quite the opposite. so what brought him to the library on a sunny saturday afternoon? the answer wasn't too complicated, it was simply... school. as danny opened the double doors into the grand french library, he couldn't helped but be intimidated by the towering rows of books. heavy books, little books, fancy books, and even childrens books seemed to look at him. he stood like a five year old child, arms by his side with his head looking straight up toward the books. how in the world was he to find the book he needed? with a long sigh, danny began his search for books of cello performance history.
it wasn't a huge secret that daniel was a celloist, but not many people knew about it. he rarely played in front of his friends and none of his friends were even in the same department of performing arts as he was. so the talent simply remained a secret without him meaning for it to be. rarely were there moments where he wished he could share his cello pieces with others. but at times where he had to go to the places he dreaded, like the library, he wished he had someone to go with. danny shoved his hands into the pockets of his jeans and began to scan one of the rows of books. it would've been smart to simply ask someone where he could find the books he needed, but he was determined to do the deed on his own. many of the titles weren't even in english, and even though danny had been in paris for almost four years, he barely knew any of the language. typical for someone with a short attention soan.
danny ran a hand through his short hair, beginning to feel frustrated. he stopped a few times to read titles, squinting with furrowed brows. this was an impossible task for someone like him, he decided. and the last thing he wanted was to be spotted there. he was pretty sure everyone thought he was stupid, or at least not the type to be hanging out at the library. so he was guaranteed to be given crap if someone he knew spotted him there. danny wasn't usually self conscious. but today was an exception.

She made it here because she busted her ass to do her best. It was a full paid scholarship, but she still didn't get approved to be a double major like she wanted to. Music was her main passion, so she stuck with it. Although she could play more then just the piano, that was where her major talent was. Outside of college she was poor, so making it through college is her best option. What she was going to do after was beyond her. She actually didn't think she was all that good to begin with, but I guess they thought she had some sort of talent since she got into the college. She was a straight A stupid here, and she earned every letter grade.
There was a twelve page paper due next Friday and she needed to hurry up and get it done. So this was exactly why she was in the library today. To get the paper over some french pianist guy who she's never heard of done and find the right research for it. As she walked in quietly, with her bag on her left shoulder she made her way down the aisles looking for the one that spoke about musical history. Since she's been in Paris for about five years she was garunteed to learn atleast some french. Which she was pretty fluent in it, as well as italian and spanish. As she was walking down the aisles she spotted a familiar face and smirked as she walked over secretively until she got behind him and spoke into his ear, "Any reason you are looking in the canine genetics section?" |
Danny could not read french very well and she already knew that so she wasn't surprised he was looking in the wrong section completely. Not only was she surprised about that, but she was also surprised he was in the library to begin with. Anyone who knew Danny knew that he was not the first person you would see in a library. Camryne knew that Danny was a celloist but she rarely ever hears him play unless she sneaks in somehow. From what she heard he was a great celloist, but she was just judging from the little experience she had. Looking at Danny you wouldn't see 'celloist', when you hear him play it almost becomes unreal. Which is a surprise coming from a person like him. But at the same time Daniel was always so full of surprises that Camryne learned to expect the impossible when it came it him. [/div]
