And through the rising and falling apart, We discover who we are Tyler awoke in a rather cheap motel to a phone call on his cellular device. He scowled. It was too early to have a phone call, or at least he thought. He glanced at the clock on the bedside table and groaned. It was ten in the morning. Okay, so maybe it wasn't that early, but still a little too early for him, and he didn't have class until one. He grabbed the phone and clicked the talk button. He mumbled a greeting, then heard the Headmaster of Sorbonne tell him he was assigned a dorm room with another person and should try to arrive there sometime today. Tyler thanked him and hung the phone up, plopping back on the bed.
Sometime today didn't mean right now. Perhaps he could go back to sleep for a few hours and show up at the dorm later. But then again if he went there now he'd be able to sleep in a comfortable bed rather the old, springy one he was laying on right now. Staring up at the ceiling, he fought with himself. He wanted to sleep so badly but just wanted to finally get his dorm. He sighed. Reluctantly, he pushed himself off of his bed and walked over to the bathroom. Might as well go now and sleep for a little while longer before class. Tyler jumped in the shower and quickly washed up.
He wondered who his roommate was. He hoped it was someone even remotely cool and not snobby or stuck up. He knew that their were coed dorms; perhaps he'd get an attractive girl. He didn't mind who had as a roommate, really. Chances are he probably wouldn't seem them much anyway, with him always skipping classes and partying and the like. And being with his son, of course. He determined that that was what he going to be doing with much of his time anyway. He sure hoped his roomie didn't mind kids because Brayden will be over there all the time.
He stepped from the bathroom and wandered over to his suitcase, pulling out a simple pair of jeans a shirt. A glance at the clock proved it to be a little before eleven. Tyler slipped on his clothes and, with his hair still a little wet, left the motel room with his backpack full of belongings. He returned the motel key, put on his helmet and jumped on his motorcycle. He knew he should invest in a car but right now the motorcycle was all he had. He rode over to Sorbonne, parked his 'death trap', as Madi would call it, and went over to the Headmasters' office for the dorm number and key.
Once that was all set, he wandered through the Fierté dormitory to find the room. After a minute or so he found it and smiled. Room 10232. Even though he had a key he didn't want to just stumble in the room. He didn't know who his roommate was or how he or she was. Holding his helmet underneath his arm, he instead rapped on the door with his knuckles a few times. MADISON. 523. OUTFIT. THIS SHALL BE FUN.

Madi never was a morning person but having Brayden she learned to become one. She called the girl she used for a babysitter and told her she needed her to watch Bray while she went to class. About two hours later Madison was back in her comfy dorm holding her son while he played with her lips. "Mama. Come on. Say Mama!" She said trying to get him to stop saying dada atleast for a few moments. Most babies said Mama and the moms all wanted to change their names. Not Madison. She wished she could be dada just because that was Bray's favorite word lately. "Dad-dy" Bray's voice was as clear as it could be at his age. Madi sighed and hung her head. Bray's hand went to Madi's mouth and he grabbed her lips. Madi started to playfully nibble on her sons fingers. The giggle that left his lips was the best sound Madi could hear. She hear her phone go off in the other room. Bray heard the ringtone and slid off of Madison's lap and wabbled to the phone. Madi wasn't far behind him. He held the phone up to her and she smiled. "Thank you very much." She answered the phone and picked up Bray. It was the Dean telling her to be on the lookout for her roommate. She thanked him and hung up. She couldn't wait to see who it could be. She hoped they liked her and would get along. The worst thing would be they hated kids.
"Let's get a bite to eat. Whatcha say?" She asked picking Bray up and holding him against her on her hip. The two walked to the kitchen area. "Ups-a-daisy" She said lifting Brayden before placing him in his high chair. "Do you want peanut butter or sketty?" She asked walking to the cabinet. "Sketty!" She heard from behind her. "Okay." She said warming up some left over spaghetti. As soon as it was done like magic there was a knock on the door. "Here you go sweetie. Mommy will be right back." She said placing a little of the spaghetti on the tray before turning a baby monitor on and taking the other with her to the door. She knew it would be the new roommate. She smiled as she opened the door. The person on the other side quickly made the smile drop. "Ty." She said softly. "What are you doing here?" She asked leaning against the door not opening it more than the width of her body. | [atrb=width,140]words ,451 words tagged ,baby daddy Tyler outfit ,Outfitnotes ,I love these two like a ton <333 | [cs=2] |

And through the rising and falling apart, We discover who we are Tyler waited a few moments, hearing just a little bit of noise coming from the inside. He rocked back and forth from his heels to the balls of his feet. He was a bit antsy, to say the least, of who his room mate was going to be. It was like waiting to find out what grades you got on a report card - you were excited and a little nervous, and hoped for the best rather than the worst. Finally, he heard a lock turn and the door opened. The person who opened it, however, was definitely not what he was expecting.
A slight look of puzzlement crossed his face. "Madi?" he asked, even though he knew it was her. He glanced down at the piece of paper that had his dorm number written on it and checked the number that was on the door. He had the correct room. A look of amusement then appeared on his face. "Well isn't this quite the coincidence," he said, stepping forward and peeking inside the room. He raised the key that was dangling from his left hand. "Looks like we're roomies. Do you think they stalked us and planned this or something?"
A smirk played on his lips and Tyler gently nudged the door open so he could slip through. Once inside he glanced around nodded. "Nice," he complimented. "These rooms aren't nearly as small as I thought they'd be." He heard a small voice come from the kitchen area and he instantly smiled. He wandered into the kitchen and took in a breath as he saw Brayden. He chuckled happily, setting his helmet on a counter. He lifted the little boy from the high chair and swung him around.
"My little man!" He beamed, holding him close. Brayden reached for his face, touching the stubble and laughing. Tyler kissed his forehead and looked at Madison. "Feels like we're married all over again," he said with a chuckle. Of course, it didn't really feel like that; they had gotten into various fights when they were married, simply because of stress. He knew that it could very well happen again but he was determined not to let it. Standing there holding his son and smiling over at Madi, they looked like a normal, happy family. Other than the look of astonishment that seemed to be plastered to Madison's face. MADI. 397. OUTFIT. THIS SHALL BE FUN.

"Wha....what?" She stammered getting the words out. She didn't expect to see her ex-husband standing in her door saying he was her new roommate. That was the last thing she thought was going to happen. Her mouth was open as she looked at him as he joked about the school stalking them. She stepped away from the door as he slightly pushed it open to walk in. She couldn't really say he couldn't come in. She had no say he was her roommate weather she liked it or not. She blinked and came back to reality as he walked out of the room towards the kitchen. She shut the door and followed him into the kitchen. "DADDY!" She heard the little squeel before she walked in the room. She couldn't help but smile. Atleast he remembered him. Madi made sure to keep pictures and everything around for him to learn while they were away. "You still drivin' the death trap?" She asked crossing her arms and leaning against the wall in the kitchen.
The next words out of Tyler's mouth kind of hit a nerve with Madison. "No it don't." She simply said looking down at her feet. It really didn't. When they were married they really didn't do anything but fight over stupid shit. If that started going on again Madison would try and get another room. She didn't want Brayden to see them fight like that at his age. He could remember and repeat stuff now. Madison didn't want to find a new room but if she had to then she had to. "Did you do this?" She asked looking back up at him cocking her head to the side slightly. It seemed like something he may have done. I mean hell she knew he was wanting to win her back but would he actually try and pay his way into her room? She didn't know how far he would go to get her back. | [atrb=width,140]words ,338 words tagged ,baby daddy Tyler outfit ,Outfitnotes ,I love these two like a ton <333 | [cs=2] |

And through the rising and falling apart, We discover who we are Tyler smiled at Brayden, making funny faces at him just to hear his laugh and to see him smile. It was a great feeling; his heart soared every time he saw the little boys' eyes light up with amusement. No words could describe how much he missed this.. and how much he missed Madison. After all, he did come all the way from Little Rock, Arkansas, just to be with them again. If that wasn't love, then he sure as hell didn't know what was.
"You still driving that death trap?" he heard her ask. He scoffed playfully. "But of course. I would never give that thing up." But he knew that one day he would have to, he wouldn't have a choice but to. He could always keep it, but a car would be much safer, especially if he wanted to stick around long enough to see his son grow up - and undoubtedly being just like him. He grinned as Brayden found interest in the helmet he placed on the counter. "Well well well," he said, "looks like he really is turnin' out like me." Tyler set him on the floor and handed him his helmet before looking over at Madison.
He took her in. She'd barely changed a bit. She was still as beautiful as she had been back home, if not more so. She didn't even look like a mother. Granted he probably didn't look like a father either, but he wasn't the one who had to carry a baby for nine months and then give birth. He silently thanked God for that. He loved being a male. "Did you do this?" The corners of his mouth turned up a bit and he chuckled. "Hell naw I didn't do this," he replied, walking over to her and wrapping his arms around her. "I'm kind of upset I didn't think about it, though."Tyler grinned.
It was true, he didn't plan this but was disappointed that he hadn't thought of it. He smiled at her, the smell of her familiar perfume stinging his nose. "How've you been?" he asked softly as he pulled away from the hug, one arm hung loosely over her shoulders. He glanced around again, noticing the pictures of them scattered around the room. He bit back a grin. It was nice to see that she had made an effort to keep him a part of their sons' life. And maybe even hers.

When he said he had moved there she didn't think he was serious. She knew he was capable of doing stuff like that but she didn't think he would follow through with it. Madi did still have love for Tyler but she didn't want to get hurt again. They use to fight constantly and she didn't want that again. She listened as he answered her question. "I already told you that you need to get a car." She didn't want Bray anywhere near a bike. The second he started playing with the helmet she knew he was his daddy's son. Madi watched Ty place their son and the helmet on the floor. Bray picked up the protection gear and bang it against the floor like kids did with pots and pans.
Madi slightly smiled looking at her son. It was cute seeing him play like that but she was still a little unsure about all of it. She had a bad feeling they were gonna revert back to their old ways. "You smiling so much makes me think you did have something to do with this." She said running a hand through her hair and put her other hand on her hip. The next move took Madi by surprise. "Oh..." She gasped and slightly hugged him back. "I've been good. Busy working and schooling and raisin' him. You?" She asked moving back slightly. It was still a little shocking and awkward for her. I mean could you really blame her? Not seeing her ex-husband in a little over a year and then boom there he is. Awkward! She noticed him look around at all the pictures. "I couldn't let him go through life without knowing you some way." And through the rising and falling apart, We discover who we are Tyler nodded, a slight smile still plastered to his unshaven face. "I've been traveling Europe. Knew you were in France somewhere but I didn't really know where." He glanced down at his boots. He had traveled for maybe a month at most. He hadn't come to Paris first simply because he didn't have money to get a motel let alone a motel. He traveled from city to city, doing odd jobs until he had enough to get to the fashion capital of the world. And here he was.
Tyler sighed, moving away from her and instead leaned his back on a nearby wall as he watched Brayden. He stuck his hands in his pockets, his backpack still slung over one shoulder. "Look," he began, "I know you well enough to know when you're uncomfortable or unsure about something. I'll ask the dean about getting another dorm." He frowned slightly. He really didn't want to; he was ecstatic that he would be around them all the time. But making Madison uncomfortable was no way to get her back.
How did he know he could get her back, though? How did he know that there wasn't another guy involved? That was simple. He didn't. He left the States with the highest hopes and the best intentions. He'd be devastated if he was rejected by her, but like most things, he would have to just stick it out and get over it. There wasn't much else he'd be able to do but hope and pray that she'd see how much he truly cares for her.
"I couldn't let him go through life without knowing you some way." He smiled a bit. "Thank you for that," he replied. If his son had forgotten him, or for some reason thought that he'd skipped out on his life, Tyler wasn't sure how he'd feel. He'd probably feel like one of those deadbeat dads, even though he was assuredly anything but. Thinking, he ran a hand through his hair, absentmindedly drumming his fingers on his thigh.

Madison said with a smile. The country side was beautiful. She wanted to go see Italy but with school, kid, and work it was almost impossible to take that kind of trip. Madi looked over to Tyler then back at their son. She listened to him talk and sighed. "Ty yeah i'm uncomfortable and unsure. I just don't want us to end up fighting infront of him." She said gesturing to Brayden. "You don't need to ask to be moved. I'll get use to it maybe. Plus it'd be nice to have a little help with him." She said looking at him and starting to walk into the kitchen and sat down at the table beside Bray. Bray noticed and smiled a big smile. He looked up at her and raised the helmet. 'Look!' He shouted with a smile. "I see that but don't yell." She said then made the shh sound. That was still something they were working on.
Madison felt stupid after she left Tyler back in the states. He was the only good guy she knew that Bray loved. The few boyfriends she had after she left didn't really like Bray. They would watch her take care of him and just sit there. Ty was the only one good with kids. Yeah it was his kid so that made her feel a little more comfortable with the idea of leaving them together and going to work.
"You are dada. He's been wanting you. I've been thinking 'bout changing my name to dada or daddy so he can yell for me all the time." Madi said with a slight laugh. "Maybe it's payback to me for pulling him away from you like I did." She said being serious again. "So....what you majorin' in?" And through the rising and falling apart, We discover who we are Tyler shrugged. "I guess. It wasn't really all that great sharing the beauty by myself." He agreed, Europe was beautiful and definitely had a wow factor to it. But seeing everything by yourself wasn't really that fun - you didn't have anyone to talk to about it, or to hear their opinions on things that they've seen. It had been a long, lonely road for him.
He shook his head. "I didn't come all this way so we can fight again," he said softly. He felt slightly hurt by her comment, but what else had he expected? He knew that everything wouldn't be peaches and cream even though he wanted it to be and acted like it. Maybe he should consider another dorm room. But until then, he figured he'd spend some quality time with his son and try not to be Madison's way, which he already felt like he was doing. "Well if you don't get used to it, let me know," he said, setting his backpack on the couch. He walked over to Brayden and sat down beside him.
He watched Brayden for a few moments before looking up at Madison. "We can switch names. I could be mama and wear an apron and stuff like that if you really want." Tyler smiled. He ignored her next comment; it stung, and like with most things that hurt him he just ignored it and pretended like he didn't hear it. He watched as Brayden open and closed the eye shield like it the most fascinating thing. He chuckled and grabbed the little boy, placing him on his lap. "Law and politics," he said, playing with Bray's fingers. "How about you?" He smiled up at her. MADI. 286. OUTFIT. SHORT & SUCKS, SORRY!

Europe is suppost to be best when you're with someone you love." Madi said nodding. She loved going sight seeing but the only person that went with her when she first moved there was a gurgling baby. Being the single parent really had started to get to Madison. Really the main thing was she hated not having someone there to just talk to. She really couldn't have a conversation about adult issues with her son. Well she could but he wouldn't understand.
Madi could tell she hurt Tyler's feelings slightly. She didn't mean to. She was just speaking her mind and being honest. "You know me. I'll tell you if I'm annoyed." She was always the type to say how she felt no matter what. That was just how she was raised. If you have something to say say it no matter what because it could be for the best. Madi watched Ty walk out of the kitchen. Her eyes roamed over his body as he walked. Okay he was still hot and she had to look. Once Ty turned back Madi quickly looked away and back at Brayden.
"Uhhhh..." She started to bite her bottom lip. "I don't think I'd trust you to cook. Remember the flaming mashed potatos?" She asked thinking back to when they first were married and living together before Bray was born. That was a crazy night. "I guess he's a mini you. I just don't know if I'll ever feel safe letting him be on a hog." She said smiling at Ty. Atleast one thing Ty taught her stuck. She knew what a hog was. And through the rising and falling apart, We discover who we are Tyler chuckled and nodded. "Yeah, well, the one I love was off in Paris somewhere," he said with a charming smile. "I had to find her first." It may have sounded corny, and he'd admit that it was; but it was how he felt and if that meant he was corny then so be it. Although he didn't really seem like the type, he was a die hard romantic, always surprising girls with gifts here and there and treating them to various things. But of course, Madison, of all people, knew that. As a matter fact, he thought she had started to get annoyed by it.
Again, that was just how he was. He was really a sweet guy, even though you would never be able to tell by his tough exterior. He nodded. "Oh yes," he replied with a small frown, "I know you will. Always have and I doubt you'll stop." They'd many fights simply for the fact that Madi did that. As always, it was better to be honest than lie to someone, but she was rather.. blunt. He had gotten used to it and worked with it. She was never one to hold in her feelings and thoughts and perhaps that was one of the first things that drew him toward her in the first place.
Tyler raised an eyebrow as she spoke then laughed with a shake of his head. "Oh God let's not bring that up." He laid down on the floor and placed Brayden on his stomach, the memory of that night filling his mind. "I'm much better at cooking now," he said, poking Bray's nose and smiling as he laughed. "I've been practicing. No more flaming mashed potatoes, I can promise you that." He chuckled. Indeed, he was a horrible cook starting out but really who wasn't? Practice makes perfect, after all.
After Madison had left, and his family abandoned him, he had to learn to cook for himself. He didn't have a choice, and he certainly wasn't going to eat take out and fast food for the rest of his life. He did have a muscular body to maintain of course, and even if that was all he ate he went to the gym nearly every day for three hours. "He is my son, Madi. He's hog-bound." He grinned. The love for motorcycles didn't run in his family; the only other person who seemed to enjoy them was his grandfather, who passed just a year ago. He wondered if Madi knew that but knew she couldn't possibly know. He didn't bother telling her.
He nodded and grinned. "You were always good at that stuff," he said with a chuckle. An idea popped into his mind and he looked up at her from the floor. "Do you want to go out to eat tonight?" he asked abruptly, hoping that he'd get a yes. It would be a great way for them to actually get to know each other all over again, and it'd just be nice to spend the time with them - before he, undoubtedly, would have to find another dorm.

She blushed just about everytime someone put her on the spot. It never was a good thing in school. People liked to screw with her and make her blush for the hell of it. Ty's romantic side was something Madison wasn't use to. She wasn't the girl that got showered with love and gifts all the time. She liked it but it kind of got to the point Madi didn't know what to expect ever and she did not like that. When Madi first saw Tyler she didn't think he was the whole sweet guy. She was attracted to the tough guy, baddass attitude.
"Jerk." She said with a small laugh. "You love my bluntness." It was true. She knew he enjoyed her being so truthful even if it had its bad times. Madi didn't always think before she spoke so she usually got her ass in a lot of trouble. When Madi heard that Tyler's family had disowned him she was shocked. It's usually the other way around. Madi left she figured his family would disown her not him. They would hate her for leaving not hate him for making her leave. "Are you sure there is no more burnt mashed potatoes. That was a new thing....crunchy potatoes." She said scrunching her nose up.
"You are determined. Well we're gonna have to start out small. For mommy's sanity." Madi knew she couldn't win the fight. Bray had Ty's blood flowing through his body as much as her blood. His question knocked Madi out of her thoughts. "Um Sure. I can call Trisha and get her to babysit tonight if you want." She said looking down at him. She smiled and followed Ty and moved down to the floor. She leaned closer to Bray and poked his cheek. "Boop!" She smiled as she heard him giggle and worm his way into her lap again. "Lub you mama." Bray's voice was high and he snuggled into Madi's stomach. Madi wrapped her arms around Brayden and held him. "Love you baby." She whispered. That was the first time he said it on his own. Not the best but still it was all on his own with no coaching from her. Madi had a smile plastered on her face for the rest of the night. And through the rising and falling apart, We discover who we are Tyler kept sneaking glances over at Madison. Not that he really needed a reason, after all she was the mother of his son. But, despite his easy, relaxed manner, being around her again felt.. odd. Not odd in a bad way, but odd in an odd way. He had traveled very far to be with her and Brayden again, but it didn't feel as he thought it would. It felt like nothing changed.
Granted, that necessarily wasn't a bad thing. He was glad she hadn't kicked him out, screaming and swearing at the top of her lungs. But a part of him expected that. He expected to be yelled at - he supposed he had sort of just gotten used to it. He rolled his eyes playfully. "Oh, yeah," he said sarcastically, "bluntness is sexy." There was at least a little bit or truth in that; he loved the way Madi always said what she wanted, when ever she wanted. The confidence behind the bluntness is sexy to him, and that's just the trait she had.
Tyler laughed. "No, I can assure you that there will be no more burnt mashed potatoes. Can we stop dwelling on that gross mishap? I had just about forgotten about it until you brought it up." He chuckled. Burnt mashed potatoes was most definitely a thing from the past. He'd started watching cooking channels and the like shortly before Madison left, although he was more than certain she didn't know that. Since those days he had become quite a cook and was ecstatic to show her just what exactly he could do.
"Yeah I'll get him a big wheel. Guaranteed he'll never get off of it until forced," Tyler said with a smile. That was the way he was when he was a child, and he sure Brayden would be the same way. First a big wheel, then a bicycle with training wheels, then a bike, and before you know it a motorcycle. He just hoped Bray will ride one when he's legal, unlike himself, who first rode one at age thirteen. That was something that was just unacceptable for his son.
He glanced at her and blinked. "Seriously?" he asked, slightly shocked. He shook off the surprised look and let a wide smile overtake his face. "Great. Look pretty. As if you don't anyway, but you know what I mean." He rolled over on his side and leaned his head on his head, watching Brayden. "Looks like we won't have to switch places after all," he said with a soft chuckle.
